I didn't learn business operations. I grew up in it.
I was raised inside two small, family-owned businesses. Systems, people, and day-to-day operations were part of life for me. This was always my world.
From a young age I saw how structure created stability — and how the lack of it created stress, confusion, and constant pressure. Businesses don't break overnight. They slowly strain under what isn't built to support them.
As my career grew, I found myself working inside small-to-mid-sized professional service companies that were growing because they were good at what they do. But operations weren't keeping pace. And the cracks were starting to show.
